Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and, unless specified, are inclusive of GST. Final pricing may vary by model configuration, battery options, installation scope, and region.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or as per approved business terms).

Payment Methods

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM
  • Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks
  • Wallets & Gateways: Razorpay and other PCI-DSS–compliant gateways

We do not store your card/banking data. If a network/gateway failure occurs, eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 working days.

We serve IT parks, offices, industrial facilities, hospitals, data centers, and commercial sites.

Timelines & Site Readiness

Delivery timelines depend on product type, location, and site readiness. Average window: 2–7 working days.

  • Electrical readiness: earthing, sockets, and cable routes
  • Access: lifts/ramps, doorway clearance, placement area
  • Contact details: accurate site address and on-site POC

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection to the original payment method.

Please inspect at delivery/installation. If damage is suspected, capture photos/videos and retain packaging/labels.
