1️⃣Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing from Gravity Power Solution, you accept these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced here. All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Using the website, placing an order, or making payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2️⃣Pricing & Payment

All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless specified, are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders are confirmed only after receiving full payment.

  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay etc.)
  • Net Banking (major Indian banks)
  • Digital wallets/payment apps such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Google Pay

Transactions are processed via secure PCI-DSS–compliant gateways. We do not store card/banking data. In case of network/gateway failures, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

3️⃣Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Deliveries are handled directly by our authorized service engineers for safe transportation and professional installation.

We deliver to IT companies, offices, industrial facilities, and commercial sites. Timelines vary by product type, site location, and electrical readiness (cable connections, earthing, socket availability, and access conditions). Provide accurate site and contact details for coordination.

4️⃣Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection to the original payment method. Products that have been installed, used, or physically altered are non-returnable. Please inspect at delivery/installation; if damage is suspected, capture photos/videos and retain packaging/labels for verification.

5️⃣Warranty

All new products include the manufacturer’s standard warranty as specified on the invoice. The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, impact, liquid exposure, power fluctuations, improper wiring, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

6️⃣Service & Support

We provide onsite and carry-in service and repairs for UPS, inverters, and batteries sold by Gravity Power Solution within our service regions. To book a service visit, contact us at the details below. Visits are scheduled during business hours.

  • Scope: diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs. Parts and consumables are extra unless covered by warranty or an active AMC.
  • Response targets (best-effort): emergencies 4–5 hours; standard cases 24–48 business hours.
  • Charges: out-of-warranty visits/repairs are chargeable; an estimate is shared for approval before work.
  • Customer responsibilities: provide safe site access, electrical readiness (earthing, socket availability), and permit downtime. Back up data and properly shut down connected equipment before service.
  • Exclusions: damage due to misuse, water/fire, unauthorized modifications, third-party work, or incorrect wiring.

For guaranteed coverage and scheduled maintenance, consider our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). AMC terms are separate and will prevail for AMC customers.

6️⃣Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the invoice value of the specific product or service purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including downtime, data loss, equipment damage, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7️⃣Jurisdiction

  • All legal disputes are governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
