Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Within 24 to 72 hours from order confirmation and eMandate activation.
Priority Delivery: Available, subject to service location.

Site Readiness (Client Responsibility)

Clients must ensure availability of:

Adequate power socket
Proper grounded electrical setup
Lift access (if applicable)

Additional Charges May Apply For:

Electrical wiring if required by customer
Deliveries to out-of-coverage areas

Rescheduling or Missed Delivery

Clients must inform at least 12 hours prior for free rescheduling.
Repeat visits due to unprepared sites will incur a ₹500 re-visit charge.
