Terms & Conditions for Rental Services
By renting any inverter, UPS, or related power equipment from Online UPS Price (“the Client”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Equipment Ownership
- All rented equipment, including UPS units, inverters, batteries, and accessories, remains the sole property of Gravity Power Solution.
- The client is granted temporary use of the equipment for the agreed rental period only.
2. Billing & Payment Terms
- Monthly rental must be paid 100% in advance, either manually or via auto-debit (UPI/NACH/Card).
- Auto-debit will be processed on the due date each month.
- To discontinue after the rental period ends, clients must provide at least 1 week’s notice before the next billing cycle, and requests must be submitted via email only.
3. Renewal & Cancellation
- Rental contracts are automatically renewed monthly unless cancelled before the next due date.
- No refunds will be issued once the monthly auto-debit is processed.
- Cancellation requests are accepted through email, WhatsApp, or other official channels.
4. Invoice & Tax
- All rentals are billed with 18% GST.
- Clients will receive a tax invoice for each billing cycle.
- Applicable Codes: HSN – 8504 | SAC – 995463.
5. Installation & Site Requirements
- Installation will be carried out by Gravity Power Solution engineers.
- Clients must ensure:
- Electrical readiness (power socket, earthing connection).
- Safe and accessible delivery path.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Staircase delivery without a lift.
- Long-distance cabling or heavy battery setup.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
- Unauthorized relocation, misuse, tampering, or resale of rented units is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage due to negligence (loss, fire, water, or physical damage) will be chargeable to the client.
7. Service Support SLA
- Faulty units will be inspected within:
- 4–5 hours for emergencies.
- 24–48 hours for non-critical issues.
- If replacement is required, it will be completed within 2–3 working days.
8. Rental Agreement & KYC
- Clients must provide valid KYC documents and sign a digital rental agreement.
- Required KYC:
- Individuals: Aadhaar / PAN
- Companies: GST / PAN
9. Termination by Company
Gravity Power Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the following cases:
- Repeated auto-debit/payment failures.
- Misuse or unauthorized relocation of equipment.
- Inaccessible client site.
- Violation of rental service terms.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
- All legal disputes shall be governed under the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Bangalore.
